This new program is the future of buying REO and here are a few reasons why.

  • Work in concert with Paul’s company to buy directly from the FDIC and other major banking institutions
  • Paul’s company is registered with the FDIC and SEC and is tracked by Fidelity Investments on their trading platform

They simply continue to filter into your company from draws of the existing money in the buyer’s escrow.   • Investors become very strong to the lenders through the relationship with this company as well as the company itself.

  • Once your escrow account is set up you will not need to set up another one ever. No more proof of funds and all the other issues you have deal with when trying to bid on a tape or portfolio.
